Nearpod is an interactive presentation and assessment tool that can be used to amazing effect in the classroom. A teacher can create presentations that can contain Quiz's, Polls, Videos, Images, Drawing-Boards, Web Content and so on. The students can access a teacher's presentation through a code.
The benefits of using Nearpod are
1. Engages students
2. Allows teacher to easily monitor classroom activity
3. Easily creates interactive classes
4. Content and assessments can be shared in real time

I have already made Nearpod lessson. My level students is seventh grade students of Junior High School. The Nearpod lesson is for school learning. I chose material about procedure text. My target skill for the students is writing.

The steps of my Nearpod lesson are
1. Greeting the students
2. Give trigerring questions for the students to make the students ready for the material
3. Show the video about procedure text
4. Give more explanation and examples of procedure text
5. Give some questions related to the material
6. After the students answer all the question, I will discuss all the answers to make the students more
   understand
7. Reviews the lesson about the material
8. Gives homework (British Council)
9. End the class

Now, I will share about mobile learning app. What is it? It is a delivery format that provides learners with the flexibility to learn anywhere and anytime. I personally think mobile learning application is very good because it can help the students to understand the material from a different perspective (not only from their book) and it is flexible. It is not limited to any place or time anymore! Every homework have to work on the mobile app in order to make the students more understand about the material not only from one source.

That's all guys of my explanation about Nearpod and mobile learning app. Don't forget to give feedback or another suggestion. Thank you.

This is the examples of my Nearpod lesson and mobile learning app

Why the Recap is Useful for English Learners and Teachers?

Hi friends.. This is my second post after I made this blog. Now I want to discuss about "Why the Recap is Useful for English Learners and Teachers?". Before that, please read this ELT Blog  >>>>>  https://nikpeachey.blogspot.co.id/  When you in the classroom, have you ever felt your teacher's materials are too difficult or too easy?  Or have you ever felt your teacher explanation is too fast or too slow?. When you have ever felt that, so what do you do?. You talk about your teacher with your friends? or what? I think it is better if you talk about that with your teacher. You give feedback or reflection for your teacher. So, your teacher will know about what you felt or your problem when the teacher gave materials and explained it.  Because now technology is very develop, you can say your feedback/reflection using recap application. The advantage of this application is you can say anything about your feedback/reflection about y...

SAMR Model

Hi guys!!!                        This is my last assignment of CALL subject. In the last assignment, I would like to share about SAMR. What is that? Let's me give you the explanation.                        SAMR is a model designed to help educators infuse technology into teaching and learning. SAMR has four levels: 1. Substitution     Teachers or students are only using new technology tools to replace old ones. (MS Word) 2. Augmentation     We are still in the substitution mentality but this time with added functionalities. (Blog, Google      Docs). 3. Modification     This is the level where technology is being used more effectively not to do the same task using     different tools but to redesign new parts of the task and transform students learning. 4. Redefinition   ...
