Digital Story Tellling

Hello guys!!!!

This is my last post before UTS. We will meet again after UTS. I hope all my post can help you to find new techniques and methods to teach English. Please remember guys, don't use the old techniques and methods again because if you still use it, your students will be bored and will become lazy. That's all my introduction. Now I want to share Adobe Spark. Please enjoy it!!

What is Adobe Spark? Adobe Spark enables you tell stories and share ideas quickly and beautifully. Three types of content Adobe Spark:
1. Use Page to create a story using text, images, and video. When you're done we'll present your
story  as  a responsive web page that can be viewed in any web browser.
2. Use Post to create images optimized for social media; you provide images and text and we'll help
with the design. We'll even help you create the right shape and size image for each social media
    platform.
3. Use Video to create a video. Add videos from your computer or iOs camera roll, overlay text, add
    your voice and background music.
*You can create individual Pages, Posts, and Videos or you can use the formats together (including a Post image in a Video or a Video in a page).

5. After entering that, you have eight choices for
the type of video you want to create on the

6. I chose Show and Tell. You record your
voice, add photos and text to slides.

7. You record your voice, add photos and text to
    slides.

The benefit using Adobe Spark is everyone can create beautiful visual media that looks like it came from the hand of a designer. This application is also very simple and easy to learn. About the weaknesses, I think I do not find the weaknesses.

If I become a teacher later, I will use this application to teach speaking about narrative text. Many teacher usually teach speaking about narrative only using picture or puppets. I think it is very interesting if I use this application because it is not difficult for the students make this video and this application is very useful to learn speaking about narrative text.

That's all about my explanation of this application. I will wait your comment/suggestion. 1 comment and suggestion from you is very useful for me. Thank you and GBU!!!!

Why the Recap is Useful for English Learners and Teachers?

Hi friends.. This is my second post after I made this blog. Now I want to discuss about "Why the Recap is Useful for English Learners and Teachers?". Before that, please read this ELT Blog  >>>>>  https://nikpeachey.blogspot.co.id/  When you in the classroom, have you ever felt your teacher's materials are too difficult or too easy?  Or have you ever felt your teacher explanation is too fast or too slow?. When you have ever felt that, so what do you do?. You talk about your teacher with your friends? or what? I think it is better if you talk about that with your teacher. You give feedback or reflection for your teacher. So, your teacher will know about what you felt or your problem when the teacher gave materials and explained it.  Because now technology is very develop, you can say your feedback/reflection using recap application. The advantage of this application is you can say anything about your feedback/reflection about y...

I think flipped classroom is very us...

SAMR Model

Hi guys!!!                        This is my last assignment of CALL subject. In the last assignment, I would like to share about SAMR. What is that? Let's me give you the explanation.                        SAMR is a model designed to help educators infuse technology into teaching and learning. SAMR has four levels: 1. Substitution     Teachers or students are only using new technology tools to replace old ones. (MS Word) 2. Augmentation     We are still in the substitution mentality but this time with added functionalities. (Blog, Google      Docs). 3. Modification     This is the level where technology is being used more effectively not to do the same task using     different tools but to redesign new parts of the task and transform students learning. 4. Redefinition   ...
